If we haven't any relevant vacancies, we will talk to local companies on your behalf, and hopefully generate some interest for you.

After the interview we will discuss your feedback, and then speak to your prospective new employer on your behalf. We will then be in contact with any news. Above all, we understand the importance of feedback, and will make sure that you receive it openly, honestly and without delay. After we have secured an offer for you, we will talk through the benefits and disadvantages of accepting. We will NEVER encourage you to accept a role that it is clearly unsuitable - recommendations are more valuable to us than fees.
