We are looking for a dynamic and business minded Financial Controller to head up the finance function of a successful marketing group.  This is impressive company with an excellent record of achievement.  Their niche product is currently marketed throughout many overseas countries, with further development planned.
This role is a great opportunity to be instrumental in the growth and expansion of an exciting business, whilst growing and developing your skill base and responsibilities.  Key areas of responsibility will include:

The day to day running of the Finance function, developing and building a small Finance team as the business grows

Preparing the annual Budget as well as quarterly Re-forecasts
·
Controlling Capital Expenditure Reports and Forecasts
·
The production of Annual Statutory accounts and detailed supporting schedules
·
The production of Monthly Management accounts pack and supporting schedules

This really is a fantastic opportunity! Ideally, we seek applications from individuals who have had involvement/control of small-medium sized company accounts. Additionally, you will need to have some knowledge of Corporation Tax, VAT and Treasury Management.
This is a privately owned business and as such can offer great flexibility to the right candidate – offering career development in its truest sense. In return, we need someone who can demonstrate drive, initiative and a positive attitude.
The salary package will be in the region of £35-45,000 (depending on qualification, experience etc).
